We strongly recommend that you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE.

Travelex Insurance Services: Coverage for pre-existing conditions, trip delay, bankruptcy/financial default, terrorism, 24/7 travel assistance, kids under 16 covered for free! They also have a special "multi-trip annual protection" plan for those who travel more than once or twice a year!

WHO CAN BOOK: Working airline employees, spouse, children under 21, Parents, in-laws, and retirees of an airline that is currently in existence. Many cruise lines will also take active and fully retired MILITARY personnel.

HOW TO BOOK: Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail.

VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT: A letter and copy of ID badge faxed to 973-948-0028. The letter needs to be on company letterhead signed by a supervisor, listing: employees name, position, base, and date of hire, employee number and eligible dependants. With all Club Med vacations a copy of the ID needs to be in our office before you depart or the interline rate will revert to the brochure rate.

PAYMENT: Credit card via phone, email, fax or on our SECURE payment page.

CLUB MED CHANGES: After we have made a reservation any change made to it is subject to a REVISION FEE of $50 per person.

CRUISE CHANGES: Subject to cruise line policy. May differ by line.

CLUB MED CANCELLATION POLICY: Club Med vacations are non-refundable. We can change the dates for a fee of $50 per person.

RESPONSIBILITY: A.B.Sea Interline Tours & Cruises, 50 Morris Ave., Branchville, NJ 07826 its employees and agents assume no responsibility nor liability whatsoever in connection with any injury damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property you may incur before, during or after your trip due to an act of negligence of or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God.

Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control.

We cannot and do not control hotels, cruise lines, tour companies or other service providers that we market, or the activities engaged in by our clients or hotels, and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. A.B.Sea will not be held responsible for payment or refund for any unused accommodations, meals, or other services due to late arrival, early departure or any other reason for non-participation.

PASSPORTS: All travelers are responsible for having in their possession, the necessary identification documentation for travel; passports, visas, or birth certificates accompanied by picture ID.
